How to wire an RCBO

Installation within distribution board.

  1. Check that the rated voltage is suitable
  2. Check C60H RCBO is OFF,
  3. Screw the incoming terminal L in onto the busbar system or the line phase cable,
  4. Cut to the appropriate lenght and connect the blue/black flying neutral supply lead N in to the neutral terminal block,
  5. Cut to the appropriate lenght and connect the cream flying earth lead FE to the earth terminal block,
  6. The load connections are made to the outgoing terminals of the unit marked L (load) L out and N (load) N out. The load neutral wire must not be connected to the neutral terminal block of the distribution board.
